Love the wide angle (or at least that’s how it appears to me).

You are right
It is a wide angle lens… and thank you

Is the beach actually that deserted, or is it because of the lifeguard tower location?

Its the lifeguard location, behind the Jeep the beach was packed as that is the swimming section. Behind where the picture was taken from is the pier which I will share in a later post

Wow that is the fanciest Lifeguard tower I have ever seen. I love the image, makes me want to be there. I have to stay that you have perfected the HDR look. Nice job.

What a nice thing to say. Thank you, you really made me smile

In my opinion, a lot of people over do it but you know exactly how to do it so it perfectly enhances the image without over doing it.
