A bench in Mission Bay that is maintained by the City of San Diego hence the engravement 
I thought the Palm trees with Interstate-5 behind a sign saying “San Diego” was very fitting for the city. Of course there are more significant & popular landmarks in the city but this one is probably more relevant for locals or frequent visitors to the city.

When I saw the title in my email notification I first thought of the sitcom. Anyway . . . Great photo, as always. I used to live in the San Diego area (daughter was born at the Naval hospital), so I am very familiar with the freeway and palms.
