2012Mt. Soledad
I was running some errands yesterday and the fog took over the coastal parts of San Diego. Once I finished all I had to do, it crossed my mind to go up to Mt. Soledad and see if I would get any interesting views of San Diego covered by the fog. Once I made to the top, it was apparent that the whole city was covered and visibility was non-existent. The best part about the bad weather, I got the whole place to myself
Never ever have I seen this monument this empty, typically there are anywhere from 10 to 30 people in that area at any given time… I will talk about the controversy of this cross at a later post.
BTW, this potentially is my last post for a while as my Macbook crashed while preparing this post, luckily I was able to upload the image before the crash and I’m doing the rest from my work computer. If I can’t get my computer up & running tonight I’ll be out of commission for a while. So I hope to back to posting regularly soon but until then, be safe, be happy, enjoy life

I almost went up there, too, but I thought I’d let you have the place to yourself, so I went to the Zoo instead. lol

Thanks for letting me camp out in your blog today. I had a great time and tried to leave my campsite as clean as when I arrived.
